We've had Tonkostu ramen, Gyoza(pan fried dumplings), spicy tuna Poke, octopus ball and the vegetables rolls with shrimpcrab, all of them were very delicious and fresh. The ramen broth I had was very rich in flavor, my wife's Poke was delicious too. I was surprised about the octopus ball bcz ive never had this great taste and texture either in the US and Canada. This place became a highlight of our visiting in MTL. Also as an Asian man born and raised in Asia, their food met my expectations of authenticity. The owner said he's been living in Vietnam, Japan and the Philippines, I guess his experience plays a big part in this success. Great place, nothing fancy but fresh-delicious food and great service. 5 starts, period.

The salmon poke bowl I highly recommend, creamy delicious fresh sauce and ingredients. The Ramen soup was so tasty, smooth and silky with a delicate flavor, the egg was marinated I think and it was so amazing, love that egg they put in there. They forgot to put the tofu in our dish but they remedied the situation after I called them, very kind and thoughtful. Wonderful new discovery, my picky teen loved it said it's her favorite new place.

I got spicy tonkatsu ramen with spicy garlic oil and Istg it was so awesome. That broth was so flavourful, and when I asked for spicy ramen, it indeed was spicy (I was raised eating spicy) on side I ordered karagare. And that was just oerfect balance of crispy with hint of sweetness.

Sure! Here's a polished 5-star review you can use for M Ramen: --- 5 Stars - Absolutely Amazing! I had an incredible experience at M Ramen. From the moment I walked in, the atmosphere was warm and welcoming. The ramen was absolutely delicious—rich, flavorful broth, perfectly cooked noodles, and toppings that were fresh and well-balanced. You can tell a lot of care goes into every bowl. The staff were friendly and attentive, and the service was quick. Whether you're a ramen enthusiast or trying it for the first time, M Ramen is a must-visit. I’ll definitely be coming back!

1st time to try, the food were nice!! My kid is a picky eater but he ate it!! The food is flavourful. The broth is nice(garlic oil). They give you 3 pieces charchu which is plenty. The chicken karage is well seasoned, juicy, severed in poke bowl. Compared with other restaurants, they serve good portions with very good prices!!! Absolutely will visit again!!

Hey there! So, we recently had the chance to visit Quebec over the weekend, and since we’re huge ramen fans, we decided to treat ourselves to a delicious dinner. We did some online research and stumbled upon M.Ramen, a ramen restaurant in the area. We were super excited to give it a try! We ordered the Original, Medium Miso, and Spicy Tonkotsu ramen, and let me tell you, they were all absolutely fantastic! The Original was a classic, the Medium Miso was rich and flavourful, and the Spicy Tonkotsu was a bit spicier than we expected, but in a great way. But the real star of the show was the gyoza! They had this smoky taste that was just incredible. And the takoyaki? Oh my gosh, they were so soft and had a delightful mix of sweetness and savoury. The karaage chicken was also exceptional. It was the best karaage I’ve ever had, and it was definitely not like any other karaage we’ve tried at other ramen places. If you’re ever in Montreal and looking for a truly delicious ramen experience, I highly recommend M.Ramen. The owner is also very friendly and accommodating, so you’ll feel right at home.

After visiting the botanical garden from NJ, USA- my husband and I were craving ramen and decided to try this place out. Oh boy, it did not disappoint! We got the karage chicken to start off. It was soo fresh and crispy!! The ramen was phenomenal; we got the tonkatsu with spicy black garlic oil. The owner was also very friendly, and even suggested a few places for us to visit during our time in Montreal. I hope this place gets more recognition and great reviews because it deserves it. Very clean, super clean, and fast service!
